1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or otherwise using the 999bte website located at https://999bte.pro (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To open an account with 999bte and use the Platform's services, you must:

• Not have had a previous 999bte account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms;

999bte reserves the right to request documentary verification of eligibility at any point, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of payment methods used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 999bte Platform. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or mobile wallet numbers belonging to the same individual — are prohibited and will be closed. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 999bte reserves the right to confiscate any balance held across all associated accounts.

You are responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials at all times. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PIN (OTP) with any other person. 999bte will never request your password through any communication channel. All activity carried out through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. Players may request account closure at any time by contacting support. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

All funds deposited into your 999bte account must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 999bte reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply to all transactions. Current limits are displayed within the wallet section of your account dashboard. 999bte processes withdrawal requests in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Mobile wallets (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay): 5 to 15 minutes during standard operating hours;
• Bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and others): 1 to 3 banking business days;
• International cards (Visa, Mastercard): 3 to 7 business days, subject to card-issuer processing times.

999bte does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your payment provider. 999bte reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal and may delay or decline withdrawals where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

Chargebacks initiated through a payment provider without first contacting 999bte support to resolve the underlying dispute are considered a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure. Any outstanding balance may be forfeited in such circumstances.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 999bte offers promotional bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback programmes, and seasonal incentives to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the promotion. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated;
• Wagering requirements must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated per promotion;

Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play / live bets) are valid only where the Platform's in-play functionality explicitly accepts them. In the event of a technical error, network failure, or disputed result that affects the integrity of a bet, 999bte reserves the right to void the affected bet or series of bets and return the original stake amount to the player's account balance. 7. Prohibited Uses and Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999bte Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, display errors, or pricing errors in betting markets — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided;
• Using the Platform to launder money or for any other illegal financial purpose;
• Providing false personal information during registration or identity verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by law;
• Attempting to hack, overload, damage, or impair the Platform's systems or infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 999bte Platform — including but not limited to the brand name 999bte, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 999bte or its licensed third-party providers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 999bte.

9. Limitation of Liability

The 999bte Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 999bte makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and accuracy of the Platform, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. 999bte shall not be liable for any loss of data, profits, winnings, business, or goodwill arising from Platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service outages.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999bte's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
